Despot Cigars

The Despot Cigars, founded by Jovan and Ugljesa Despot, represents the second generation of their family in the cigar business, initially established by their father in 2004 in Serbia. In 2019, they launched their own brand, Despot Cigars, with handmade creations crafted in Estelí, Nicaragua. Their signature products include the J, U, and Z series, each offering unique blends and formats that cater to both classic and contemporary cigar enthusiasts.

The Despot J series is celebrated for its traditional formats like Lancero and Robusto, using a prized blend of tobacco from Ecuador, Nicaragua, and the USA. The U series focuses on aromatic richness with a blend emphasizing medium intensity, featuring popular wrappers from Ecuador. The Z series introduces innovative formats and complex aromas, using Rosado Ecuador wrappers and fillers from Nicaragua’s Jalapa and Ometepe regions.
